'Artists Support disAbility Hiring'


The Texas Governor’s Committee on People with Disabilities has released its 2011 NDEAM poster, featuring artwork by Patricia Hiebeler.


"My name is Patricia and I have had documented mental illness for almost
half of my 53 years."


Texas artists with disabilities may submit their artwork for consideration from January to mid-March each year.
